How the Service Works
Customers may initiate an SMS conversation by sending a text message to a FireFly Network Solutions business support number. A member of our staff may respond manually to assist with the customer’s request.

Messages may include troubleshooting questions, requests for additional information, scheduling coordination, support-ticket status updates, requests for permission to remotely access a device, and resolution follow-up.

FireFly Network Solutions does not use this SMS service to send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages. We do not send automated or recurring SMS notifications through this program.
Consent
By sending a text message to a FireFly Network Solutions business support number, you consent to receive manual SMS replies related to your customer-service or technical-support request. SMS is optional and is not required to receive services from FireFly Network Solutions.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the nature and duration of your support request.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, please contact us through another support channel if you need assistance.
